This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in PolicyAuditEventType (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-atc/ValueSet/PolicyAuditEventType) and PolicyAuditEventType (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-atc/ValueSet/PolicyAuditEventType). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
